The extract api still returns some bytes instead of strings

Currently we have qa_tests data for infrastructure risk assessment considering scenario-based calculations, but for event-based it remains uncovered.

Now it is more self-contained, but it should be better harmonized with the documentation of the existing risk calculators.

Also plotting the maximum difference (or the maximum multiplicative distance) per site and indicating in the legend the site with the maximum difference and the corresponding value. TODO: try other...

I am going to work on producing our own version of the intensity map and the pga map, but for now I am displaying those downloadable from the USGS website....
