Note to reviewers: I'll update links within docs pages, fix other linting errors, and add any new redirects to `config.json` after we confirm the new organization.
One question I had is where the SOC 2 guide should go. It's currently in the "Enterprise" subsection, but this isn't quite accurate, as it also applies to Cloud.

The conflicts are because I merged [this PR](https://github.com/gravitational/teleport/pull/15266) to replaced `Tile`s in menu pages with lists of links. We can change the links to the new guides to follow this...
