I've found the module at https://github.com/JonathanRaiman/word2vec_extended/ but there's no installation instructions on either that module or this one. Am I missing something?

I'll probably switch to ner-via-bert assuming that doesn't have the same issue. Bit disappointed that this issue wasn't even assigned since August.
Perhaps it only happens when your IP address is in a country that has German as one of its official languages?
