Do not implement 'insert-shebang' feature for respective directory. Ignore entire directory or Project recursively. Log file(~/.insert-shebang.log) entry will be something like this: /path/to/directory/

Is Django 1.8 supported?

The readme says this app supports Django 1.8 but setup.py define `>=1.9`. Can you please update the readme.

I do not see any button to update existing package. As far as I remember, I updated my package once. What am I missing?
