Error on installing terraform-module-version (go install github.com/keilerkonzept/terraform-module-versions@latest)

@schollii MR waiting for accept and merge, for now I used version from https://github.com/keilerkonzept/terraform-module-versions/pull/90 and works fine

Getting error `API error (404): Could not find the file /opt/dockerslim/artifacts/creport.json in container <CONTAINER_ID>` on all my builds all of a sudden

Any idea how to fix this issue? It occurs only when running in Google Cloud Build
