Makefile target config.h is lacking dependency config.def.h

I see this dependency used to be there but was explicitly removed in commit 4ed89188 . The reason being that config.h may be modified by the user with custom changes...

You can set the total keyboard height at runtime using -L for the landscape layout or -H for portrait layout.

I agree. Though the command-line option is not implemented yet, the above patch by @mojyack ensures it starts starts on the current display rather than always on the first one.
