Categories of an event can't be updated

Adding a category from the pull down list works with version 4.7.3 but adding a new own category is still broken.

htmlspecialchars(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated

Up to version 1.2.6.6 the `lib/HTMLTree.php` file was included but in the current master it was removed. So most likely my fix (a small change in `lib/HTMLTree.php`) isn't needed any...
