Please don't use the Google plugin in Limnoria. It's only a temporary solution so people can find other plugins.

You made it connect to host `0:` with port `1`. Use `0::1:6697` as the server address instead.

note that if supybot.capabilities.default is True, then only giving -whoami or -User should disable it

Maybe introduce a config variable to switch between the current behavior and this new one?
