Smarter splitting of IPv6 addresses and ports in server config

Using an IPv4 address or an address resolving to IPv4 and IPv6 works fine though.

You made it connect to host 0: with port 1. Use 0::1:6697 as the server address instead.

edit: This config error seems quite counter-intuitive, but I don't know what kind of change would make it less confusing.
