I have the same problem. And I solved it by adding "ignore_sdp_ice" configure in dialplan just as @nikkadim said. So I wonder if it is not an acl problem but...

finally fix it. I modified sip_profiles/internal.xml ``` ``` However reloadxml or reloadacl didn't work, until I restarted freeswitch.. So the most important step is restarting ur freeswitch?
