Installation instructions probably outdated

Installed newest go (1.12.5), made directory `/usr/local/go/`. Added `export PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/go/bin` to file `~/.profile` as instructed. What's this `GOLANG` thing mentioned in the installation instructions? Ran command `go get -u github.com/odeke-em/drive/cmd/drive`...

Error 400

Getting this error all the time: `Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 ()` No idea how to get rid of it. Any help?
