https://github.com/biomejs/biome seems to be the successor

Same as https://github.com/microsoft/cpprestsdk/pull/1462, which was never merged, so I wouldn't put my hopes too high :-(

Needs flake8-helper which then need whey as a build backend - sometimes you have to hate python packaging - unless "whey" makes it to oe-core we should not add this...

Needs a larger stack of new dependencies - needs to be done later

Uses go 1.21 APIs - no poky support yet - postponing

breaks `pdfminer`

https://github.com/pdfminer/pdfminer.six/pull/957 needs to be merged first

Interestingly it works with 3.11.0 and 3.9.15
