I face the same issue on the production environment on GKE without autopilot the autoscaling did a scale-down but it did not come back online and had same logs errors...
Same issue here: Grafana v11.3.0 (d9455ff7db) Grafana OnCall 1.13.1 All deployed using helm + argocd
