Nez doesnt generally use XNB files for textures. You can load the PNG directly via the NezContentManager and the usual png extension.
I have never been a big fan of the old `u1` hack. That being said, with careful use (and the few “struct closures” to capture the real type) it does...
I can't think of any reason why component types wouldn't be known at comptime so that should be totally fine.
The good old struct reference trick. I sure do wish zig had a typeId set at comptime for all types but this is the way we have to do things...
