I'm seeing the onPhyUpdate and onNotificationStateUpdate callbacks aren't being made after calling peripheral.setPreferredPhy(...) or peripheral.setNotify(...). The onMtuChanged callback is being made after peripheral.requestMtu(...) however. In the log I see this...
