I can confirm this happens on win 11 also. I have noticed few things by using: nushell - only alphabets works. ctrl, alt, enter, backspace , etc. does not work....

I tried to reproduce but https://platejs.org link throws 404 and code on https://platejs.org/docs/mention works just fine and it doesn't jump scroll. Is this issue solved?
