We have already removed webkit2gtk dependency from all packages, let me know what else was bothering with the install.

Yeah the windows scanner gives false negatives a lot. You can install the app from chocolatey if you want.

If the codes were synced i.e. You were usign auth logged in then simple logout/login would work or as suggested by @stevenwalton a reinstall would work.
