chain_type "refine" error with ChatOpenAI in ConversationalRetrievalChain

I am also getting error while using anything apart from stuff

ConversationalRetrievalChain doesn't return score with sources

is this resolved? I am trying to get a score when using ConversationalRetrivalChain with the FAISS vector store.
