The API to delete the message is merged in #1353, the UI would be completed in 1.13.0

This will be completed along with the UI changes in Message component.

@Giszmo This is a good suggestion, we can consider having a disabled state for an agent. Deleting would delete the agent from the account, the messages sent by the agent...
