Please add a few details to README about Engineering details

Would like to know what languages this is being developed in. eg Frontend is in Vue 2.x, Backend in Ruby (?), using PostgreSQL db.

I saw https://www.chatwoot.com/docs/deployment/architecture, maybe there would be best to put the details for each. The current README link would become "Software & Deployment architecture".

It would also be beneficial to potential contributors.
