these changes do stop the installation of the `linux-libc-dev` package, but not sure if it'll cause dcenter compatibility issues; e.g. ``` delphix@ps-dc-rm:~$ dpkg -l | grep linux-libc delphix@ps-dc-rm:~$ ```
