@z3ntu actually, to confirm, where do you see this? This has been fixed in Google search since 2021. Please note that https://datacommons.org/place/nuts/NL310 is not the city, but a NUTS region...

And the NUTS Utrecht province does have 1.3M population per https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utrecht_(province).
