As I understand it, the `config.bzl` assumes provided files are `mypy.ini` (https://github.com/thundergolfer/bazel-mypy-integration/blob/9e5cafcebfebd310981a02fc0fdf9fbd48350cf9/config.bzl). It would be nice to support `pyproject.toml` as well.

It would be cool if instead of regular comments, the fixes could be suggested as part of the Checks API. There's a more informative picture here: https://docs.github.com/en/developers/apps/guides/creating-ci-tests-with-the-checks-api#step-25-updating-the-check-run-with-ci-test-results

If I'm using something like `errors.Wrap`, it seems like the error passed in is still redacted in Sentry reports. I would like to blanket mark certain error types as safe.
