We have Camel 3.10 in the master now

It does not look like any of the Couchbase tests were disabled in `main` branch. Could you please check, @zbendhiba and close this issue if possible?

To hide an extension from the Dev console, it should be enough to remove the docs link from the metadata. We should consider doing it for at least those support...

Thanks for the input, @CynanX. I am afraid, we won't be able to incorporate any Saxon PE and `com.saxonica.*` config because of licensing reasons. Anyway, to add a native support...
