I think I have a fix for some of these in my dev branch Edit: nope, but I'll have some fixes out in a bit
It looks like this was mostly superseded by another PR, I'm on the fence with discarding this PR, combining it with something else, or just merging it with some tweaks.
Our non-torture execute tests weren't actually being run
@Polygonalr I had to move a test to `xfail`, since it looks like we can't parse `IdentifierPattern`s with subpatterns yet.
Not necessarily, this is just enough to get tests passing for name resolution 2.0 (although GCC 4.8 is still having problems)
Note that this only touches early resolution

This was an old branch I was using to work on nr2.0 -- I'll close it once I separate out the useful changes into new PRs
