Cannot receive extended CAN messenges

No extended CAN messages will come through even when the relevant fields are set. The pawelsky library is more usable in this regard.

Just a small problem, the link in the header file returns a 404 error, but a quick duckduckgo search yields "https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit-GFX-Library".
