Once I restore support for `play_url`, this could potentially work assuming a third party library is used to extract the underlying video URL. Might be worth looking in to.

I believe this issue has been solved from the perspective of pyatv, so will close.

I think this is resolved from the point that not much can be done from the perspective of pyatv.

This was shipped in 0.12.1.
