The warnings are not errors. As you see, the firmware fully works. The code should, however, get fixed by someone (but the project seems to be abandoned by author)

I second that. Encoding is the most important modeline for non-latin files that, for some reason, cannot be utf8

I second that. Some pictures on inet show pin 18 as well, but the chip does not seem to have GPIO18.
