right clicking when settings icon is visible shifts all favicon up too high

at least on Mojave, need to test on older versions of macOS. toggling the settings icon fixes this.

Right-click menu placement is incorrect in macOS Mojave (& possibly future safari updates for other os versions). Menu is placed at location of previous click instead of current one.

Separators are drawn in dark gray which should be light gray in macOS Mojave dark mode

Blend into background fills the background with a light gray which is not visually compatible with Mojave.
