What version does this refer to? I just tried reproducing this with the version from git master on testnet, but new addresses did show up as needed under the 'Addresses'...

By, "login", do you mean entering the wallet password? Did you install Electrum-LTC, or are you running it from the source directory? In either case, what commands did you issue...

I'm not too familiar with Windows, but isn't this "normal"? Do you get the warning with Electrum (for Bitcoin) 3.0.5?

Please provide the version of Electrum-LTC and of the operating system, and if possible the console output.
Can you reproduce the issue with the latest Electrum-LTC 3.0.5.1?
This sounds like an issue with the server rather than with the client. Do you remember which server you were connected to?
