New receiving addresses are not generated

When receiving addresses are used up, the 'Addresses' tab does not show any more generated addresses that are unused. Typically, the gap limit is 20 and new addresses are continuously added. The 'Receive' tab wraps around to the first receiving address that was used.

What version does this refer to?

I just tried reproducing this with the version from git master on testnet, but new addresses did show up as needed under the 'Addresses' tab.

It is also significantly laggy with a 0.5 - 1 second lag when clicking anything.

Make sure you installed the scrypt package.
