Are you install Kivy package before running your code? It needs to be installed first before you could use Kivy's functions. And could you please provide your device model?

@daohaode4188 The "/data/.../[app id]" path can be accessed from the app so it won't be the reason. We'll try to find out the true reason and notify you guys here...
