grmbl. this is so messy... is this even needed? doesn't the "quota" mount option on modern ext4 covers this comprehensively in kernel anyway and the userpsace mess is unncessary?
so i guess if these quota calls are here to stay the patch looks conceptually ok. but please, drop the per-network stuff, i don't see why we'd need this. please...
looks good, but the ordering needs to be fixed. but I am not sure i grok the problem, would be great if you could explain what the ordering problem precisely...
