I, at least, did not even know about the `--add-rpath`, until I searched this repo for something similar. I had looked at the readme but didn't see this feature, but...

Is this project actively maintained? Doesn't look like any activity from the owner in 5+ years with some useful additions waiting like #23 and some drawbacks (like ToC links https://github.com/OrangeShark/guile-commonmark/issues/6#issuecomment-243314191)....
