ASDF was a pain in the butt to bootstrap myself with quickly. Add a tutorial and a sample ASDF system (CC0 license).

CCL may be our only reasonable cross platform cl. Needs: Threading, drakma. Wants: decent read line type interface. Document how to load files and set up slime for CCL.
Cusp may be the best IDE approach for a new user. Get it working and document this process & use.
