Authentication error: code 406 (UPDATE_APP_TO_LOGIN)

Can confirm the same error is happening on a new install of 0.7.7, at the same time telegram-purple started giving the error `RPC_CALL_FAIL 420: FLOOD_WAIT_333`

PPLNS does not payout full block reward when pool is new (under N*diff shares)
