Feature Request: Preferred chain

Currently, LE offers two Certificate chains, [one default and one alternate chain](https://letsencrypt.org/images/2020.12.21-android-compat-cert-chain.png). Would like to have the opportunity to chose chain while generating certificate. Thank you.
