Add Boot section to ClojureScript Dependencies wiki page

It would be great if someone added a Boot section to the end of the ClojureScript Dependencies wiki page, since Boot is the only tool not represented: https://github.com/clojure/clojurescript/wiki/Dependencies

Would be nice to have a little widget on the left that could expand/collapse a card, even on cards that don't have a header.

For objects that are missing this protocol method, would it make sense for freactive to wrap them in a (str foo) call? That would save one from having to do...
