Dropped*Keywords triggered by package moves

Not a big deal but let's have a bug for it: when moving packages, pkgcheck reports dropped keywords for the old one, e.g.:

xfce-extra/tumbler
  DroppedStableKeywords: commit 7b13e98bea03 (or later) dropped stable keywords: [ amd64, arm, arm64, ppc, ppc64, x86 ]
  DroppedUnstableKeywords: commit 7b13e98bea03 (or later) dropped unstable keywords: [ ~alpha, ~amd64, ~arm, ~arm64, ~ia64, ~loong, ~ppc, ~ppc64, ~riscv, ~sparc, ~x86, ~amd64-linux, ~x86-linux ]
