The main clue here is that the receiver is doing the rainbow fade when it loses connection, so that means the receiver is rebooting.
How are you powering the receiver? To me this seems like a power issue where DK500 at 1:4 telemetry may be drawing too much current and browning out and rebooting.

I see that you are powering it from the Nexus FC. Can you power it from a seperate BEC just to check?
