Revision 2623 "latest" at this time still has the issue. Is this expected? I could not seem to find a pr that may match the issue. Regards
Sadly, the latest rev 2656 (1.0.5-rx) seems to have this issue again. svn update xmr-stak.git Updating 'xmr-stak.git': At revision 2656. [ 44%] Building CXX object CMakeFiles/xmr-stak-randomx.dir/xmrstak/backend/cpu/crypto/randomx/jit_compiler_x86.cpp.o [ 46%] Building CXX...
Not sure if this compile issue was noticed as being back again. It was fixed, but seems to have some part of the fix removed/regressed. No SVN update is found.
Nudge... Any chance to look at this issue again. The build has been broken since the 1.0.5 release on CentOS 7.
It appears the .xml.gz is *not* current 2024 data. Is that by design? Or why are they different?
Based on the age of the OS installs from a couple of systems checked, this looks to have most likely been an Almalinux 9.2 original install and subsequent dnf update...
@w5pny please check fwupd now. The fwupd site seems to have a BIOS 2.22 (newer than Dell somehow???) and the latest Dell version 2.21: fwupd's latest: https://fwupd.org/lvfs/devices/com.dell.uefi9f1ecab8.firmware Dell's latest: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=2p25n&oscode=biosa&productcode=precision-5820-workstation
They may have pulled due to the quick release of 1.20.0 based on this issue https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000201396/dsa-2022-186 Hope that helps.
With the just released 1.21.0 BIOS update for the 7060, you are not likely going to get any notice here as to why the 1.19.0 was pulled :(
FYI: the updated 1.6.1 is showing on fwupd.org now: https://fwupd.org/lvfs/search?value=5055 May want to very and close if working as expected.
