Shared multi-instance clipboard to be able to copy/paste between editor-instances (i.e. two rocket-editors open at once). Immensely useful if mixing different rocket files.

Really need to be able to reorder tracks like in the original editor.

wrong number of cycles for V_SQRT_F32
