[BUG] eval command with RedisCluster::FAILOVER_DISTRIBUTE_SLAVES option will throw exception

I just encountered this too on a simple `GET key` request. Can confirm that reverting it to `FAILOVER_DISTRIBUTE` fixes the problem.
