Inheritance of configuration parameters

Some configuration parameter are inherited from the configuration's parent (that's the case of most parameter) whereas some parameters are not inherited (that's the case of configurations for example). There should be a way to have a tell in the parameter's magritte description that it "should inherit" or not.
