I did an analysis.

• welcome is working on pdf and html
• basic-latex is working on pdf and html
• presentations is working on pdf and html - nil could be identified and variables defined in the pillar.conf file.
• book is working on pdf and html (there are some nil nil in html)
• tester-example is in a strange state - it is missing templates.
• academic2 -- pdf is not working since the latexWriter is not defined but this is normal -- toc contient nil
• academic2 -- pdf is not working since the latexWriter is not defined but this is normal -- toc contient nil
