[Feature]: Card layout with only the icon

Is your feature request related to a problem?

With the new section dashboard, using a card with a 1x1 size is not ideal, because the card still tries to show the title and description and doesn’t center the icon in the card.

Describe the solution you'd like

A new layout, shown in the same selector for default, horizontal and vertical, to force the card to only show the icon.
