Instead of [`scheme-small`](https://github.com/zestedesavoir/latex-template/blob/master/scripts/texlive.profile#L3), one can use `scheme-infraonly` (witch install only the minimum). Then, it is "only" a question of trial-and-error to find the appropriate list of packages.
