Time in in seconds only. Actual time might be longer than "LIM_TIME" for various reasons. I'd suggest you to use a lower number ;)

Server has been down since ytd. Cloud provider automatically terminated the instance after the end of the trial period. Solved now
Following defects unrelated to morss, the cloud provider powered off the machine on which the instance was running. The cloud provider was however "out of capacity" afterwards and therefore unable...
Managed to get around the "host out of capacity" issue. Server up again.
