i found that on android when you setlocale with para us_EN.UTF-8 it returns C.utf-8. does this mean android does not support it?

i found someone said that c.utf-8 means en_us.utf-8 but they actually perform diffrently in my app. one works the other does not .

same issue on android, any way to fix it? i think sha-1 is just for integrity checking not necessary for encryption , right?
