Work without Optional Dependencies

This PR begins to address #189 where this module fails to work if the optional dependencies aren't installed.

This PR attempts to allow this project still work if optional dependencies aren't installed. It pairs with [Ascoltatori PR #192](https://github.com/mcollina/ascoltatori/pull/192).

Support OAuth 2.0

Harvest offers both HTTP and OAuth 2.0 authentication. It would be create if this library support OAuth in addition to HTTP.
